WinSCP is a new graphical front-end to putty and pscp that lets Windows users
drag and drop files to and from systems running SSH servers, such as the CASLab Solaris, Linux and Mac OSX systems.
WinSCP can be downloaded here. During the installation you will be asked to select

To switch between Explorer and Norton Commander view select View -> Preferences
and select your desired interface.
In either case, you should be able to simply drag and drop files to and from the WinSCP window.
